Some creations feel like a love letter to the season.
This Chai Old Fashioned, crafted especially for us by local Mixologist, Paige from Hide-A-While in Multnomah Village, is one of them. It’s familiar yet surprising where warm chai spice meets smooth bourbon. The kind of flavor that lingers like a cozy conversation at your favorite neighborhood bar. A true PNW original, made with heart and meant to be savored.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • ½ oz chai concentrate (spiced and unsweetened)
  • Splash of honey water (1:1 honey + hot water)
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters
  • Cinnamon/sugar for rim
  • Orange zest
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Directions
